Operations Director
Charlie has been in the property industry for over 12 years and has worked in every area of our business since we started. Charlie’s role as Operations Director spans all aspects of running the backend of our company. She is an integral part of constantly improving our systems and processes, whilst identifying areas for future growth, shown most recently by overseeing a sizeable acquisition.
Well known for her love of DIY and interior design, Charlie is regularly seen working with her client’s offering advice on how best to decorate and stage, before marketing to achieve the best possible price for both on and off market clients. Charlie has grown up in Taunton and knows the properties, local attractions, and schools very well.
Jon strongly believes that people should be at least as important as the properties they’re moving between and prides himself by his relationship with his clients. ‘Born and bred’ in Taunton, Jon absolutely loves his hometown and in 2019 combined his love for Taunton with his love for helping people move and created The Property Centre. Jon has over 11 years experience in estate agency, previously working for the two largest corporate agencies in the country, running several branches including one of the largest branches in the south-west.
Dan has been in the property industry for 6 years having started his career in lettings and spending two years working as a sales lister Dan has come back to his first love to head up the Lettings department at the Property Centre. Dan’s passionate about forming long term relationships with Landlords where he goes out of his way to add value whether that’s finding a tenant, managing a tenancy or advising on how potential property investments stack up.
Tom heads up our Bristol area, with over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. Tom has a wealth of experience covering all areas of the city and different types of property. Most recently working closely with high-net-worth individuals and prime property. Alongside Jon and Charlie, Tom is also from a corporate background and has fallen in love with our ‘single point of contact’ model of estate agency, allowing him to work more closely with his clients to ensure an excellent client experience from the point of valuation through to completion. Focusing on growing our presence in Bristol, Tom is focused on bringing in excellent estate agents to his team who’re looking for a better and more rewarding career who share our values of transparency and honesty.

Sales Branch Manager - Taunton
Having joined the property industry in 2010, Lizzie has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the residential sector both locally and across the Southwest. She is both well experienced, and comfortable in all levels of the market ranging from the local town market to the larger, bespoke country and equestrian homes. Further specialising in land acquisition and new homes.
Lizzie strongly believes that with the premium marketing package and wealth of knowledge offered by The Property Centre can make any home placed in our capable hands stand out from the crowd!
David heads up our Somerset Lettings team based in Taunton, with over 10 years experience in the lettings industry. David knows all areas of the job and can be found valuing properties, advising landlords, completing marketing appointments and conducting viewings.
His comprehensive understanding of Lettings legislation and the importance of building strong customer relationships, makes him a vital part of the team. David has a passion for excellence in all areas and is dedicated to not just meeting but exceeding the expectations of both current and prospective customers.

Her extensive local market knowledge, attention to detail, and grasp of legislation enable her to manage property complexities effectively. As Property Management Manager, she ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and handles tenancy and maintenance issues. Anisha
Assistant Lettings Manager
With six years of dedicated experience in the property industry, Anisha has developed a deep understanding of the Lettings market and the intricacies of the Lettings process. Starting her career as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. Anisha's passion and commitment have earnt her the role of Assistant Branch Manager. In this position, she plays a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager, valuing properties, and ensuring a seamless Lettings experience for both Landlords and Tenants. Anisha's expertise, attention to detail, and client-focused approach make her a huge asset to our team.
Becky
Lettings Finance Coordinator
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Becky has spent the last 10 years overseeing the finances of local estate and letting agents. As Lettings Finance Coordinator, she overseas the lettings finance function, as well as ensuring an effective processing of rents received and timely payment to our landlords. Becky brings her cheerful smile as well as her wealth of knowledge to The Property Centre Team.
Aja
Media and Marketing Consultant
Aja specialises in bringing properties to life through filming and editing of property videos. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, she ensures each property’s unique charm and potential are showcased to captivate prospective buyers and tenants.
With a 1st Class Honours degree and Masters degree in filmmaking, Aja uses her skills and passion to create compelling visual content as well as managing the lettings social media pages, driving engagement and growing our online community. By developing growth strategies, Aja plays a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and expanding our market reach.
Georgina
Senior Property Management Consultant
Georgina recently relocated to the area, bringing with her a depth of experience in customer service and sales. Known for her infectious personality, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer care, she has seamlessly transitioned into the property industry over the past two years. In her role as a Property Maintenance Consultant, Georgina excels in tackling challenges head-on, assisting both Tenants and Landlords with their property needs. Her passion for this field shines through in her dedicated efforts to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.
Louise joined The Property Centre with an extensive background in customer service, interiors, and financial services, giving her a fantastic footing for her role in residential sales. Since joining the agency in 2022, Louise has shown an unbelievable rate of learning combined with a harmonious affinity with our core values of transparency and honesty. Louise works with great care and skill to give her clients a fantastic service and ability to sell their homes for the best possible price. Louise particularly enjoys hearing about her client’s journey and moving plans to help them achieve those goals.
Ellie joined us at the start of 2024 with experience in Sales and in Interior Design but has fallen in love with the property world. She excels in customer service and has a keen eye to detail. Ellie has built up a wonderful clientele already and is extremely well liked by all our clients, customers, and staff. She is currently studying her CELA qualification and will be training to be a Property Valuer shortly after. She is a keen learner, and we can’t wait for her grow here at The Property Centre!
Laura has recently embarked on an exciting journey in the world of estate agency and is already head over heels for this industry.
Communication is Laura’s forte and she is dedicated to connecting buyers with their dream home or getting her vendors the best deal. She thrives on seeing the opportunity a property holds and the endless possibilities.
Gemma
Property Management Consultant
Gemma has been in the property industry for almost a decade, working locally within both the Sales and Lettings sector.
She became ARLA Propertymark qualified in 2020 and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business. Her meticulous approach ensures properties are kept compliant and that maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently.
As a landlord herself, she understands the responsibility entrusted in us to safeguard investments and provide a stress free and successful experience for both landlords and tenants.
Danny
Property Management Consultant
Danny is a seasoned Property Maintenance Consultant with expertise in managing House’s in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and residential properties. With 5 years of experience in the industry, as well as being a landlord himself, he excels in developing maintenance plans, overseeing renovations, and managing repair projects. Known for his integrity and commitment to excellence, Danny has built a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that elevate property standards and ensure landlord and tenant satisfaction.
Emily joins us as the newest member of the Property Management team, bringing a wealth of customer service experience, a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. Emily's role is imperative to the business, conducting regular routine property visits to all our managed properties. Her role is to ensure each property remains both safe and compliant for tenants and landlord alike. She takes pride in conducting thorough and detailed reports and is the eyes and ears of the business dealing face to face with our clients in their homes.

Sarah joins our team with an enthusiastic approach and growing expertise in the lettings industry. Having previously worked for another local agent, she has already developed strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of the property market. Now part of a larger team, Sarah is eager to continue building on her experience while delivering professional, customer-focused support to both landlords and tenants.

Alice joined The Property Centre in 2024. Having moved from high volume customer service role in the telecoms sector, Alice has the ability to handle an increased level of stress, whilst maintaining a calm and considered demeanour; vital for her new role is estate agency. She is excited and eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry.
