We've been working with Dan from the lettings team, and he has been absolutely brilliant! Having had a number of bad experiences in the past with other agents, Dan is a breath of fresh air. Fantastic experience! We thought we would try these guys out after a bad experience with another agent. We recently sold our flat with The Property Centre and we could not recommend Charlie and her team more. We were kept up to date through the whole process and they are professional and very efficient. They made the process of selling a very relaxed process for us and they sold our flat in less than a week! Also a huge thank you to the young man who creates and edits the video tours. Charlie is a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, nothing has been too much trouble for her and all our questions throughout this process have been answered straight away! I would strongly recommend Tom, I was with a cooperate high street estate agent for 7 months. In that time, I had 7 different agents try to sell my house (a modern, 3 bedroom semi detached house in an estate). After not getting anywhere with them and after some poor advice from them, I decided to look elsewhere. Tom came in and took on the house. In about a week I had more viewings than I had previously and after about 10 days of the house being on the market it was sold! I think a lot of this was down to Tom's professionalism, work ethic and personal touch. So if you are looking for an agent that will get your house sold then I recommend you give Tom a call!
